About Les Carroz

We fell in love with Les Carroz the first time we visited, and our friends felt exactly the same. We had said for years that we wanted to try different resorts each year, however, Les Carroz has everything that you could possibly want as a family or as a group of friends.

Les Carroz is part of the Grand Massif ski area, one of the largest in the French Alps and located in Haute-Savoie, just 40 minutes from Geneva. Grand Massif combined ski passes link the 5 resorts of Flaine, Samoens, Morillon, Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval and Les Carroz d'Araches. 

With 165 miles of piste, the area provides a tremendous variety of on- and off-piste skiing and boarding, beautiful scenery and a wide range of other activities on and off the mountain including swimming, fitness and spas.

In the summer season, there are stunning views for walkers and runners, and a wide range of challenging climbs (and fabulous descents) for road and mountain bike enthusiasts.

Apartment Marmottes

Apartment Marmottes is located in the centre of Les Carroz, 500m from the nearest ski lift, and with a regular free shuttle bus to the ski lifts just 30 seconds from the apartment.

The complex includes use of a heated indoor swimming pool with 2 jacuzzis, sauna and steam rooms, health spa and cardio room / gym - all free of charge to use. A small supermarket and the village ice-skating rink are on site. The apartment is situated behind the village square, in a quiet location with perfect access to restaurants, shops and other local amenities. 

Comprising of one double bedroom with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower and sink, one twin bedded room with built in wardrobe, bathroom with bath/shower, separate WC, open plan living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa/pull out bed in living room and French windows leading to ground floor balcony.

Private boot/ski storage room and laundry room. Cot and high chair available.
